Care and Wash Instruction

1. Unzip the Pillowcase Gently

Hold the zipper pull firmly and slide it open with a smooth, steady motion to avoid damaging the fabric or seams.

2. Release the Fastening Button

Locate the button inside the opening and unfasten it carefully to ensure the inner lining and pillow core remain protected.

3. Remove the Pillowcase from the Pillow Core

Gently pull the pillowcase away from the pillow, taking care not to stretch the fabric or put pressure on the memory foam.

4. Wash and Dry with Care

Place the pillowcase in the washing machine on a gentle cycle using cold water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals. After washing, air dry the pillowcase completely before placing it back on the pillow to maintain freshness and durability.

Important: The memory foam core is not washable. Spot clean only if necessary.

In your parcel, the pillow is compressed for hygiene and safety during transit. After unpacking, simply remove the outer packaging and allow the pillow to rest in a well-ventilated space. Within a few hours, it will gradually expand to its original shape and full dimensions, ready for clean and comfortable use.
