Care and Wash Instruction

1. Remove the Pillowcase from the Pillow Core

Gently pull the pillowcase away from the pillow, taking care not to stretch the fabric or put pressure on the memory foam.

2. Wash and Dry with Care

Place the pillowcase in the washing machine on a gentle cycle using cold water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals. After washing, air dry the pillowcase completely before placing it back on the pillow to maintain freshness and durability.

Important: The memory foam core is not washable. Spot clean only if necessary.

What is in the parcel?

In your parcel, the pillow is compressed to a compact size for hygiene and safety during transit. After unpacking, simply remove the outer packaging and allow the pillow to rest in a well-ventilated space. Within a few hours, it will gradually expand to its original shape and full dimensions, ready for clean and comfortable use.

Is Reikū sustainably produced?

Most pillows and beds aren't produced sustainably. In fact, many valuable materials are thrown away, or worse, incinerated. We believe there's a better way. We use the foam scraps normally discarded by large factories in our pillows. This way, we reduce waste while offering you maximum comfort. Can I wash the outer cover of the Reikū?
