Do you recommend washing the pillowcase before first use?
YORU-Align is compressed and sealed during packaging to ensure it remains hygienic and clean before reaching you. However, we still recommend washing the pillowcase before first use to maintain maximum freshness and comfort.
How often should I wash the pillowcase?
It is highly recommended to wash the pillowcase once per week to maintain cleanliness and freshness. Please remember, only the outmost pillowcase can be washed in the laundry
Is the YORU-Align sustainably produced?
Most pillows and beds aren't produced sustainably. In fact, many valuable materials are thrown away, or worse, incinerated. We believe there's a better way. We use the foam scraps normally discarded by large factories in our pillows. This way, we reduce waste while offering you maximum comfort. Don't worry, we ensure all our foam scraps always come from the same production line. This way, we can consistently offer you the same top quality while reducing our carbon footprint.
Can YORU-Align solve my neck pain immediately?

Is the pillow suitable for different sleeping positions?

Can I feel the filling in the pillow from the outside?
No, the memory foam filling is covered by two additional covers: a lining cover covering the memory foam, and then a silk fabric outmost cover. The filling is evenly distributed to provide maximum support and comfort. This means you'll never feel the memory foam through the cover.
What quality marks does YORU-Align pillow obtained?
Besides relieving you of sleepless nights, we also relieve you of any health concerns. All materials used for the YORU-SoapRest are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. The YORU-Align pillow also carries the CertiPUR, RoHS, and REACH quality mark. This means our pillow has been extensively tested and therefore contains no harmful substances.
Does the YORU-Align fit in a normal pillowcase?
The YORU-Align is measured as W: 668 x L: 365 x H: 150MM. This means it fits any standard pillowcase. It's easy to match the YORU-Align with your existing bedding. However, as mentioned previously, there is no need to use your own bedding, as YORU -Align comes with a washable removable outer cover.
Can I wash the outer cover of the YORU-Align?
The YORU-Align consists of two pillowcases. The inner one is designed to hold the memory foam in place, and the outer one is designed for sleeping. The inner one is not suitable to washed. Meanwhile, the outer case is easily washable at 30 degrees Celsius.
Is the YORU-Align Hypoallergenic?
YORU-Align is hypoallergenic, so even if you suffer from allergies, you can sleep wonderfully on the YORU-Align.
